Can FurnishEurope.com help me select my furniture?

We cannot and do not offer advice on selecting furniture because FurnishEurope.com is an independent intermediary and free lead referral service which is not directly affiliated to any of the listed manufacturers, or participating dealers, and must remain impartial. In most cases they will not as it is against the law to have new and old furniture in the same vehicle, for health reasons. We therefore recommend that you contact your local council, who can offer a removal service.


Yes, they will deliver your furniture to the room of your choice, as long as there is reasonable access and there are no obstructions.


That depends on the supplier, but this will however be addressed in your quote, before any payments are made.


This will very from one manufacturer to another, however all furniture sold in the UK is covered by a statutory one year guarantee against manufacturing defects, but many manufacturers will give you an additional warranty on the frame and structure etc.


The commitment fee is only payable after you have received and agreed to the quotation we have obtained on your behalf, at which point the supplier will contact you directly and ask for payment in full. If at this point you decide not to proceed this would obviously show a lack of commitment on your part and you would forfeit your fee in lieu of services rendered thus far. Up to this point our service is entirely free to both you the customer and to our suppliers, so we only make money if you save money. In fact our fee is only 25% of any saving that we make for you i.e. if the original order value was £1000 and we negotiated this figure down to £900, our fee would be 25% of £100 which = £25.


All sales are final and considered to be special orders, as you have approached us to procure a particular piece of furniture on your behalf. This does not affect your statutory rights.


We accept payments securely online via PayPal, who will not share your card details with us, nor will they charge you a fee. (Click image for further info). As for the retailers, in most cases they will ask you to pay the balance over the phone by card (as mentioned elsewhere we do recommend that you pay via credit card rather than debit card, because of the refund guarantees they offer). Do bear in mind that if the retailer turns out to be local you can simply go into the store and make payment in person.
